Park Dogs of Silverlake

May 17, 2012

By Lon Levin

It isn’t always about grinding away at work. Sometimes its about being present to capture those moments so granularly authentic. For me even when standing knee deep and higher in white water to capture Kelly Slater or Lakey Petersen shredding at the US Open of Surfing, I find that connection in the faces and expressions of dogs.

These shots are from a park I frequent with my two ‘spiritual’ companions Atticus and April. See what you think. If you like what you see, we’re selling a limited number of signed high resolution print ‘ArtforBarks‘ editions. For more information ping me below or via email.  Art for Barks is a 501(c)(3) charity (IRS designation pending).
